Discover the amazing natural landscapes of Colombia by visiting Bahía Solano, el Valle, Guachalito, Guatape and Salento amongst other exciting destinations in this 15 days tour. You will have the opportunity to visit the most important cities of Colombia (Bogota and Medellin) as well as spectacular national parks like Los Nevados. See whales and turtles, the tallest palm trees in the world and enjoy the best coffee ever. This is a tour full of different adventures and destinations.

Our staff will pick you up at the airport to take you to the hotel to rest. You will have the day for yourself, but our traveler´s experts will be happy to assist you if you want to do some activities on the day

On the second day of this trip, we will spend some time discovering the charm and history of the center of the capital city of Colombia. It will start by using the public transport system to go to “La Candelaria”, a historic neighborhood. The starting point of the walking tour is “Plaza de Bolivar”, from which we will take some time walking around while admiring the colonial architecture, beautiful 17th and 18th century churches and 300 year old restored houses. The next stop will be Fernando Botero´s museum, the Colombia´s most famous painter and sculptor and other museums on the way. We will end our day enjoying the afternoon with a nice cup of hot chocolate.

Early morning, we will take a domestic flight to Medellín to get to our final destination. Once there, you will have the rest of the day free to explore the area on your own, to do fishing or whale watching by renting a boat.

Get ready for a 15 mins boat ride to Punta Huina after breakfast. We will have a local guide to discover the jungle by walk and we will then spend the rest of the day and night in cabanas at the beach, so you can relax and enjoy the amazing places Colombia has to offer. All meals are included.

We will be heading to El Valle by boat to do some turtle watching. Some lucky travelers will be able to see whales on the way. For turtle lovers, there is a turtle-nesting sanctuary 4.8 km south from El Valle (a 2 hours walk with a local guide).

On the 5th day of the tour we will visit the National Park Ensenada de Utria, a beautiful place to enjoy nature and probably one of the best places to see whales close up. Its water is used by baby whales to get strong enough before heading to the ocean. We will leave some excitement for the night, having a short walk to see some glow-in-the dark mushrooms.

We will have a local guide for the day to visit a waterfall in the jungle, have a nice bath in the river and to see a variety of birds while exploring the place in a day full of adventures. Lunch is included.

After a couple of days filled with activities, you will have the opportunity to be in one of the nicest beaches of the Colombian pacific coast while staying in a luxurious hotel. You can relax in front of the sea or visit some thermals nearby if you wish.

On the 8th day of the trip, we will fly to Medellin, nominated as the most innovated city in the world in 2013, and lots of tourists visit the city every year, especially during the Christmas period, when the city is fully decorated with amazing lights to celebrate the holiday season. The city of everlasting spring (as it is called because of the average daily temperature of 22 degrees) offers lots of things to do and to see.

You will have the day to explore the city on your own. There are lots of plans to choose from, here we mention a few of them: Visit Santa Fe de Antioquia, a laidback colonial town near Medellín, take the tour of Pablo Escobar, visit the botanical garden or take the cable car uphill to visit the poor neighborhoods. We will be happy to assist you on your plans for the day.

After breakfast we will be heading to the holiday town of Guatape, a man-made reservoir. We will enjoy a 2 hour boat ride to do some sightseeing. Afterwards, we will climb el Peñol, a giant rock 200 meters high. Fell in love with the area by admiring the view from the top of the mountain.

Early morning we will be driving to another beautiful region in Colombia that is well known around the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The coffee region is a lovely part of the country that offers lots of plans to do like thermal springs, a visit to the National Park of Los Nevados or the opportunity to see the largest palm trees in the world at Valle de Cocora. Enjoy the rest of the day to explore the nice vibes of the town.

We will leave early in the morning to visit Los Nevados , a beautiful national park. Prepare yourself for a day full of adventure that includes an excursion to the Nevado del Ruiz. The tour includes transport, breakfast and lunch, and admission to the national park and the thermal baths. It will be a moderate hike to see the Nevado Del Ruiz and the glaciers up close. The scenery is spectacular and will be definitely one of the highlights of this tour.

On the 13th day of the tour, we will visit a working coffee farm. The visit includes a 2 hours walking tour through the coffee fields and on-site processing plant with a local guide. The visit finishes with a delicious cup of colombian coffee. Afterwards, you can relax while we take you to the gorgeous town of Salento (2 hours away by car). You will have the rest of the day to explore this little and charming town.

The day will start early morning heading to Valle del Cocora, one of the most beautiful valleys of Colombia. We will do horse-back riding there, while you can admire the tallest palm in the world that can grow up to 60 meters. We will visit another coffee farm in the afternoon so you can see the local traditions and spend some time with the lovely people of this part of Colombia. At night, we will go to a restaurant to enjoy a nice dinner together.
